Packoff and geometry restriction are routinely confused in the field, because their late-stage signatures overlap. They are mechanically distinct: packoff is flow-dependent and transient; geometry is flow-insensitive and depth-locked. Sentinel scores them independently and publishes the supporting evidence with every call.
